I am a cooking scientist in Tokyo. I love cooking and also my major is chemistry. Cooking is like doing experiments!
Recently I just started to host a cooking event for foreign visitors at my house to share my recipes for Japanese foods (WASHOKU) and cook together. This has been one of my dreams!
In 2013-2015, I lived in Boston in the U.S. with my husband. I sometimes invited my local friends and taught how to cook WASHOKU. I was so happy to share how wonderful WASHOKU is. Since then, I have wanted to do cooking class at my house in Tokyo.
Finally, I decided to start my blog here. I will update my cooking events, recipes, and talk about Japanese popular seasoning, MISO.
